J&J Treewackers, a tree care company based in Moneta, Virginia, has launched a new website that sets out its services and presents the equipment its crews bring to residential and commercial jobs across the Roanoke Valley. RedFlame Digital, which built the company's previous site a few years ago, designed and built the new one.
The new J&J Treewackers tree service website went live in September 2026. Its main navigation is built around five services: tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump removal, emergency storm response and tree risk assessment, each with its own page. Separate service area pages cover Roanoke, Salem and Moneta.

Equipment is central to how the new site presents the work. The home page carries a reference table that pairs each piece of gear with what it does and where the crew uses it. The table runs from the bucket truck and grapple saw crane to climbing ropes, chainsaws sized to the cut, a wood chipper and a chip truck.
The grapple saw crane appears in the tree removal summary, the equipment table and the answers to common questions. The site describes it as a machine that picks and cuts a section of the tree in one move and lifts it out without a climber, and says the crew brings it in when the drop zone is tight or limbs hang above a roof.
Where the crane cannot reach, the site says, the crew takes the tree down in a sectional dismantle, working from the bucket truck or rigging it down. Rigging blocks and a lowering device bring heavy limbs down on a controlled line over a roof, fence or garden bed, and mats and plywood spread the weight of equipment on wet ground.
The home page summarizes the other services in the same practical terms: pruning cuts made at the branch collar, stumps ground below grade with the chips raked flat, and a risk assessment that covers a tree's structure, roots and surrounding terrain.
The site also lays out how a job runs, in three steps from the first call to a cleaned-up yard. A property owner can call or send photos and a short video of the tree, an arborist walks the property and gives a written price with a plan for access, and the crew hauls off the brush and wood before it leaves.
A request form on the home page asks for a name, phone number, property address and a couple of lines about the tree, with email optional and a menu for choosing one of the five services. The site asks anyone with a tree on a house or in the road to call instead of using the form.
A recent-jobs section shows finished work with short captions, among them a dead hardwood taken down in sections over a brick ranch and a storm-uprooted trunk resting against a house. A guides section carries articles by Garth Landis, one of the company's three owners.
For reporters and others looking for company background, the site's footer links to a media and press page and a brand profile.
The home page lists 24/7 storm response across Roanoke, Salem and Moneta, and names ice, wind and saturated ground as the conditions that bring trees down at bad hours.
