Olive & Fable Announces “ANCHOR,” A Fine Art Photography Book Honoring Senior Dogs in Support of The Grey Muzzle Organization
Kirkland, WA – [March 3, 2026] – Olive & Fable Pet Photography, a fine-art Pet Photography Studio based in downtown Kirkland, has announced the launch of ANCHOR, a limited-edition photography book celebrating senior dogs and the extraordinary bonds they share with their people. The project will feature 25-35 senior dogs from the Puget Sound region, with 100% of first-edition sales benefiting The Grey Muzzle Organization, a national nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of senior dogs.
ANCHOR is a long-form storytelling project rooted in legacy, memory, and gratitude. Each participating dog will be photographed in Olive & Fable’s signature fine-art style by a professional Pet Photographer and paired with a written narrative honoring the life they have lived, the quiet moments, lifelong companionship, and chapters shared alongside the people who love them.
The book is scheduled for release in November 2026 and will be professionally printed as a large-format, display-worthy fine-art volume designed to grace the coffee tables and shelves of homes and pet-centric businesses throughout the region.
“At Olive & Fable, we’ve always believed that dogs are more than pets, they are chosen family,” said Yunet Solorzano, founder and lead artist of Olive & Fable, a leading Pet Photographer in Kirkland WA. “Senior dogs, in particular, carry entire lifetimes in their eyes. ANCHOR is our way of honoring those stories while creating something that gives back in a meaningful and lasting way.”
All proceeds from the first edition will be donated to The Grey Muzzle Organization, whose programs fund medical care, adoption initiatives, and quality-of-life support for senior dogs nationwide.
“We are honored to be supporting The Grey Muzzle Organization through this project,” Solorzano added. “With the reach of our local community and partners, ANCHOR has the potential to not only preserve beautiful stories, but also quietly create real change for senior dogs across the country.”
A Community-Driven Project
In addition to featuring individual families, ANCHOR is being built through collaboration with select local businesses, veterinary clinics, rescues, and pet-centric organizations. Participating partners will help share the project with their communities, inviting families with senior dogs to apply for inclusion in the book.
The project will also include a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for businesses wishing to support production and increase the total donation to Grey Muzzle. Higher-level sponsors will receive professional branding photography by Olive & Fable as part of their involvement, creating lasting marketing assets while supporting a cause rooted in compassion and community.
